Great article! It reminds me of something I read (and re-read from time to time) – I’m afraid I fall somewhere in-between:

In some areas I am a real stickler…and in other areas I need a lot more focus…I like to think of myself as the choir – but I’m the first one to admit I have a LONG, LONG way to go!
Our church has a long way to go, too… but we are taking steps… so we are at least moving!
